Gen 2024 - Today Senior Full Stak Developer I am a Senior Software Engineer leading a team of junior developers. My responsibilities include managing both the technical aspects and the team's well-being, ensuring motivation and a positive work environment. I focus on delivering high-quality code, optimizing project workflows, and currently working extensively on Node.js projects. I am continuously enhancing my skills, aiming to bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development to become a full-stack developer.

May 2013 - Dec 2023 Front-End Web Developer Within Fincons Group i collaborate with the team that deals with development work and maintenance of the RCS MediaGroup's websites, the most important publishing group in Italy. Much of the development is focused on PHP, MySQL, but also on the front-end tecnologies that i deal personally and among the many customization Wordpress works.

Mar 2012 - Apr 2013 Freelance Web Developer I was working as a freelance consultant for projects mainly related to web development, customization of existing platforms, CMS, analysis, design and implementation of websites and proprietary platforms. Within a start-up i collaborated with the team that deals with development work and maintenance of the of web community and web applications.
